Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a hands-on theraputic approach for the whole body, with a particular focus on the spine, neck and head. Through a number of gentle hand placements, the CST therapist - working in conjunction with the body's own subtle tissue movement - helps the body to release aches, pain and stiffness, and to come back into better structural alignment.
